Returns Policy
Goods correctly supplied to order are not returnable except by prior agreement, and must be in the original packaging and a re-saleable condition.
- Faulty / Damaged product(s) - please report within 24 hours from the date of delivery
- Picking errors - please report within 24 hours from date of delivery
- Shortages - please report within 24 hours from date of delivery
- No Longer Required - please report any items no longer required within a maximum of 30 days of delivery. We will apply handling fees as below:
- Up to 3 days – no charge
- 4 – 15 days – 10% of invoice value
- 16 – 30 days – 20% of invoice value
- 31 days plus – not accepted
All unwanted goods for return must be unused, complete, and in their original and un-marked packaging. Once the goods have been received back into our warehouse and condition checked, you will receive your credit, in the form of a credit note. If they are not in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit.
No longer required returns must be returned to: Emerge NE, Unit 1-4 Derwentside Business centre, Consett, Durham, DH8 6BP. Alternatively we can organise a collection of the goods at a cost of £5.95
Note: Catering products, Workwear, Furniture and Special Orders are non-returnable
